Nasi Semalaman digoreng dengan sos kicap pedas kami. dan Dihidangkan dengan daging ataupun ayam yang digorengkan dengan kunyit ( Turmeric )

Nasi Goreng Ikan Masin

Nasi Semalaman digoreng dengan kicap (malay style ) dan ikan masin. Elok untuk mereka yang suka makananya simple-simple.

Nasi Goreng Masak Merah

Ini adalah menu baru killer kami. Nasi semalaman digoreng kicap (melayu style) dan di gabungkan dengan daging/seafood kegemaran anda yang bermasak merah.

Nasi Goreng Belacan

Nasi Semalaman di goreng dengan Belacan dan kicap cair serta sedikit rempah ratus. Sedap digabungkan dengan Daging / Ayam.

Masak Kicap

Nikmatilah daging atau seafood kegemaran anda dalam masak kicap kami. Very simple dish tapi sedapnya berkesan.

Masak Merah

Masak Merah Kami adalah kombinasi blended chili dan tomato kami. Juga dimasukkan beberapa rempah ratus untuk Flavour yang Maksimum.

Spaghetti Meatball Bolognese

Spaghetti cook with our Bolognese Sauce. And Serve with our Homemade Meatballs.

Spagetthi Seafood Marinara

Fish, Cuttlefish, Prawn and Clams.. All serve with Linguine / Spaghetti. Top with our Marinara Sauce.

Rosemary Fish Fillet

Fish fillet cook with soy sauce and Rosemary.

Crispy Lemon Chicken

Batter chicken deep fried and serve with our home made lemon sauce.

Steam Siakap in Soya.

U guess it right. Siakap marinated with soy sauce. This dish is FULLY techinical. ;)

India Fried Rice

For hot and Curry lovers. You got to have this.l

ShangHai Fried Rice

Choose your meat and we cook it with chillies, Hot sauce and serve with a sunny side egg.

Beef Fried RIce with Capsicum n Chili. ( HOT )

Marinated Beef that cook with Capsicum n other herbs which is braised and finally, fried with Rice. Hmmm.. Tasty.

Shang Ri-La

Martin Yan is one of my inspiror and self taught teacher. I thought I remember his show when I was 7 call Wok with Yan. Martin Created this dish from one of his show. In Jas Fie, we innovate by replacing chillie bean paste with Lada Merah. Nice!!

Soya, Ginger n Scallion

Three good antioxidant plus one more which is not told is in this dish. Need to say more ??

Egg Sauce Fried Rice

Egg sauce fried rice or better known as "hollaindaise sauce Fried Rice". A cook egg is combine with a raw egg and mix it with vinegar and herbs and mayonaise. It takes a bit of time to make the sauce.

Nasi Goreng Basil

A common herb used by the thai. Famously known to be used with oyster sauce and beef. However, we provide you with a twist and mixing it with rice and your fav meat.

Garlic Fried Rice

Make famous by japan. This dish serves you with fried Garlic and Fried Rice.

Nasi Goreng Butter

nasi Goreng with Butter. Choose your favorite meat /seafood and fry it into this simple recipe yet delicous.

Nasi Goreng Yin Yang

This is where Yin Yang ideology is used in food. One side is a spicy meaty sweet fried rice. While the other a sourish salty seafood fried rice. Join together, you will have yin- seafood, beige colour, salty and yang which is meat, dark and sweet. Is balance and enjoyful.

Italian Fried Rice

Italy, the country of herbs and tomatoes. In Italian Fried Rice, the inspiration comes from how they mix tomatoes and herbs. It also comes with a Baked Tomato.

Marinara comes all the way back from Naples or which is known now as Italy. Back to 2000 years ago, tomato was introduce to Italy by the spaniards. Marinara back then was created by using olive oil, tomato (pureefied), garlic and herbs (which mostly oregano, thyme and dill ). Marinara comes from the latin word "marinaro" which means of the sea. So ladies and gentleman it is then best serve with Seafoof.;

Nasi Goreng Kam Heong

Nasi Goreng kam Heong comes from the inspiration of mixing together kam heong sauce and nasi. A basic recipe of Kam Heong is famously known to people by using soya sauce, curry leaves and salted prawn. however there are variations so mine is slightly a variation of it.
